Inaugurated on October 9,
1998 the Sri Lanka - Italy Business Council - Ceylon Chamber of Commerce states its main
objective as promoting investment, trade and joint venture between Sri Lanka and Italy.
We are committed to fostering strong business relationships and creating opportunities for growth and collaboration between our two nations.
Sri Lanka-Italy Trade Partnership
We are proud to record the steady increase in bilateral trade with Italy, in spite of economic, social and
financial markets upheaval in Sri Lanka and the world, since the formation of our Council.
Close bilateral ties are maintained with the Sri Lanka Embassy in Rome, and the Italian Embassy in Colombo. We thank them for their continued support and collaboration.
